A licensed and nationally Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), Lee brings a depth of knowledge to your home inspection from professional roles in facilities management and is OSHA 30 certified in safety. Lee educates clients about their home and provides a detailed analysis of home systems and components, with easy-to-read, same-day reports, and provides on-site post-inspection debriefings after every inspection.
Lee is a licensed Washington State Home Inspector (#2524) and is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in education from Seattle University.
Previously, Lee served in Iraq with the 1st Armored Division (US Army) as a tank crewman. Discounts are always available for military, veterans, and first-responders. Lee and his family live in the Everett area and have strong connections to Snohomish County and surrounding areas.
